This welcoming ranch is situated in the south of Hungary, approximately 80km from Budapest, and offers western riding tuition and trail rides to their guests. The ranch breed and train their own Quarter Horses, Appaloosas and Arabs, which are successful in the local western shows, and the instructors are experienced horsemen who look forward to sharing their unique knowledge with the guests. The ranch is situated in Kiskunsagi National Park where the sandy ground is ideal for long gallops and relaxing trail rides, whilst carriage driving tours and lessons are also a superb option for the non-rider or simply as an additional activity.
The ranch lies on 60 acres with plenty of grazing land to ensure the well-being of the horses. The unique beauty of the surrounding scenery is a delight for guests and the landscapes offer almost never-ending trail riding possibilities. Guests here can simply enjoy the trail rides or can take part in lessons, learning the fundamentals of western style horse riding. There are two reining-courses of good size, two corrals and a covered riding hall so that work can continue in the case of bad weather.
The ranch welcomes all types of guests from single travellers to families, groups of friends and even pets. Wine tasting, bird watching, line dancing and cookery classes are all available and children can have great fun exploring the Native American style tipi tents. There is a swimming pool, relaxation room and infrared sauna which allow guests to relax and make the most of their holiday. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable, ideal for a peaceful rest after a day well spent in the saddle.
Stays here can be tailor made to incorporate your wishes so please do get in touch if the packages listed below aren't quite what you are looking for.

There is a choice of accommodation on the ranch.
The main accommodation is in excellent boarding houses which feature 8 rooms (double and family rooms), each with their own en suite shower room and toilet. The rooms have TVs, DVD players and a good sound system to make your stay more comfortable. These rooms are suitable for 1 - 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided and there is a small kitchen on each floor to be shared by the guests.
There is also dormitory style accommodation on offer - there are two rooms, each with 8 beds and a common bathroom. These are ideal for groups that want to stick together.
Lastly... a choice for the adventurous traveller! There is also the option of staying in one of three Native American tipi style tents. Each tent is suitable for up to 5 people. Here you can enjoy being close to nature and listening to the sounds of the night, just as Native Americans once did themselves.
On the ranch there are a variety of facilities including wood-burning ovens, a griller, smoke-house, a cooker and a covered area for 'bogrács' (a special Hungarian iron pot for outdoor cooking).
