There are 30 acres of riding facility with unobstructed panoramic views of the stunning Marche countryside and town of Fermo. The riding facilities include two quartz sand arenas - a 60x30m outdoor and a 50x25m indoor as well as a 20m lunging pen, stables and paddocks. Your stylish accommodation is based in a beautifully restored period building and offers double en-suite bedrooms or larger apartments. The landscaped gardens, pool and outdoor jacuzzi are the perfect place for relaxing after your rides. Meals and drinks are not included, but can be purchased on site or you can head out and sample the wonderful local cuisine at nearby restaurants and cafe's.

This the perfect location for groups which include non-riders because the Adriatic coast is only 12km drive away with the beaches of Porto San Giorgio or 60km to Portonovo and Monte Conero, and there are also golf courses in the area as well as beautiful historic towns and villages to explore.
