Last revision: 25 April 2021

We respect your privacy. We do not use any tracking cookies. We do not sell your information.

Does Far and Ride share my information with others?

We do not sell or distribute any information about our customers to other companies or individuals. This includes your email address.

We do, of course, pass your details to the team at your chosen destination, should you book a ride with us.

Does Far and Ride use cookies?

We do not use any tracking cookies. We have all had enough of those cookie pop-ups!

We do use a cookie when you run a search for a holiday, as this enables us to highlight the itineraries that matched your search when you click through to a ride. Those are not stored after you close your browser window.

Does Far and Ride use analytics?

We do compile anonymised web analytics, letting us know how many visitors we got to different pages on our website. We cannot tie any of this data to individuals. We use this anonymous data to help improve our website, and to look for problems.

What data does Far and Ride store about me?

If you email us, we'll store that, in order to follow up with you in the future.

If you book a ride with us, we are obliged to keep some of your details on file. We do not sell this information.

You are free to ask us what we know about you, and we'll be glad to help. Where possible, we'll delete any information we hold about you, should you like us to do so.

I'm unhappy about how you've handled my data!

We're sorry to hear that. Please do reach out to us, and we'll do our best to resolve things.

Otherwise, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office via their website at www.ico.org.uk/concerns or write to them.
